Warehouse Destruction Technicians serve customers by accurately processing and destroying all materials delivered
to the production facility. They sort material and operate forklifts and other machinery. These critical
team members maintain the facility, empty trash, bale corrugated material and assist the production
supervisor with other necessary duties. They perform each and every task with the utmost regard for
safety and security. The DTs collaborate with team members to enable success for all.

PAY: $19.50/HR (paid biweekly)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes OT occasional weekends )
LOCATION: 4111Champions Trace Lane Louisville, KY 40218
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Help drivers load and unload route trucks. This includes IRM line haul trailers, 3rd party
trucks and or any suppliers deliveries
Prepare and transport shuttle material to other IRM warehouse locations as needed - twice
a day in the AM & in the PM.
Keep cleanliness of the warehouse - this includes sweep, take trash out, make sure space is
clear of any debris
Dump shred containers full of paper into gaylords using the tipper.
Prepare, wrap and properly label any pallets or material that is going to be shipped to the
shred plant/incineration plant
Proper scanning of customer material for chain of custody and asset management;
Keep inventory of shred containers, gaylords, pallets, consoles, and notify management
when running low
Assemble, repair and clean shred containers as needed.
Be the backup driver as needed to support the market leadership with any and all
transportation needs. This includes, running routes as needed, shred and storage box pick
up, including library moves, building moves, SITAD’s, large pickups & deliveries, large empty
and removals as needed.
Help with general cleanliness and maintenance of the trucks
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Current experience shredding or recycling operations/warehousing environment
Ability to lift heavy bags, push rolling carts and pull two- and four-wheeled containers
Operate machinery (bobcat, forklift) experience is preferred
Ability to safely operate machinery
Ability to work well in a team environment
Maintain a class C driver's license
