Local Route Driver
Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday
Start Time: 7:30 am
Hours per week: 40 - 45
Pay: $21.50p/h

Responsibilities:
Drives a automatic Box Truck or 18 wheeler to pick up and deliver confidential documents from various clients
Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance
Makes an average of 15-23 stops a day, heavy customer interaction
Prepares accurate paperwork and records
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Climb/step-up into a truck cab
Open to being trained on various types of vehicles
Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations
Lift at least 70 lbs.
Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check and a DOT physical
Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills
Minimum of 3 years of route/local box truck driving, non-CDL applicants with box truck driving experience open to apply
Must have a clean driving record: no accidents or tickets within last three years
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
