CDL A Route Driver - Nights Home Daily

Full Time Perm

Shift: Sunday - Thursday

Start Time: 5:00 pm

Hours per week: 50

Markets Servicing: Dallas,Houston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Austin

Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K starts first day of employment

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $2,000.00 payable after 90 days

Responsibilities:

  • Drives a automatic Tractor Trailer to pick up destruction pallets at various Iron Mountain Shred locations

  • Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance

  • Prepares accurate paperwork and records

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Climb/step-up into a truck cab

  • Open to being trained on various types of vehicles

  • Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations

  • Lift at least 70 lbs.

  • Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

  • Be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check and a DOT physical

  • Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of route/local CDL driving

  • Must have a clean driving record: no accidents or tickets within last three years

  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
